This National Health Insurance Company desperately needed a training overhaul. With outdated methods, content, and tools, the employees were literally falling asleep on the job. After a full audit of their current training program we knew the best solution was to create a custom e-learning platform so that we could house one consistent resource library and track and motivate each employee individually. This Personal Learning Portal creates many new efficiencies for the company, from administrators to instructors to learners, everyone is more engaged with a visually appealing UI and a rewards system in place. Responsible for: UI/UX, creative direction, art direction and design.
