I currently manage all creative deliverables within the agency from developing timelines and briefs to strategy and initial concepting to art direction/design and client presentations. Oversaw the creative department and ongoing agency vision. Part of a 4 person management team, that set the strategy for the agency’s future. Managed strategy, conceptualization, design, and execution for multiple clients, simultaneously. Collaborated with account team to establish budgets and ensure timelines and client needs were not only met but exceeded. Responsible for creative presentations to clients. Ensured successful communications across multiple mediums, including: website, banners, social media, internal collateral, print, OOH, etc.
Clients include: Johnson & Johnson, National Geographic, LAN Airlines, Mars, Inc.
Associate Creative Director
TracyLocke >> September 2005 – November 2007
Managed several Pepsico international brands, as well as designers, photographers and freelancers. Responsible for all stages of design and development for large scale integrated global campaigns. Applications of these projects include: packaging design, point of sale, OOH, direct mail, web banners and trade show exhibits.
Clients include: Pepsico, AOL, Grand Marnier and Hersheys.

Responsible for conceptualization, art direction and design for a variety of applications:
print, advertising, packaging design and point of sale displays.
Clients include: Heineken, Unilever, Nestle Waters, New Balance, Sesame Street.

Worked Closely with packaging designers during all stages. Assisted with brainstorming,
design exploration, comping, mood boards and research.
