RBC Bank
RBC Bank had a very cluttered and confusing site and with clients in both America and Canada what they needed was clarity and simplicity. We analyzed the target audiences, simplified the user navigation experience, streamlined the visual appearance, and rewrote the messaging and it worked! Feedback from their users was very well received and calls to the help center dramatically declined. Responsible for: concept, creative direction, wireframes and design.
